Due to the Nature of Our Products

Because our soaps and body products are handmade and personal care items, we generally do not accept returns for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

Include:
   •   Order number
   •   Photo of the product
   •   Photo of packaging

If approved, we will:
   •   Replace the item, OR
   •   Issue a refund/store credit
